Details

Denmark's charming Baltic Sea coasts with their deep bays including the Limfjord and the widely ramified archipelago are among the most popular sailing and motor boating grounds for German sailors and motor boaters, as is the romantic archipelago off the west coast of Sweden.

This harbour guide accompanies you on your trips to the favourite areas of many sailors and motorboat drivers and shows you the first harbours on site. Whether idyllic anchorage or modern marina - there is something for every taste! Each harbour is clearly presented on one page with an aerial photograph, a harbour map and a short description. The photos not only give a first impression of the character of the respective harbour, but above all they make mooring much easier thanks to the marked water depths and berths. The harbour plans offer you further navigational details.

The ports of the following sub-areas are described:

  • North Sea coast and Limfjord
  • Skagen to the Little Belt
  • Funen
  • Great Belt
  • Zealand and Öresund
  • Swedish west coast from Skanor to Gothenburg

It presents 415 marinas and anchorages, each with an aerial photograph and a harbour map from the official Danish nautical charts with marked entry course. The texts and pictograms provide information on berths, supply and service facilities and indicate the cultural, historical and tourist aspects of the destination. Waypoint, nautical charts, website, telephone number and VHF channel of the port are also listed.

The introduction describes the weather and current conditions and gives advice on marine weather reports and safety. In front of each of the six chapters an overview map shows the ports and anchorages described below.
