New nautical chart sets for the Atlantic and the Biscay

The nautical chart publisher "NV Verlag" from Eckernförde has more than 35 years of experience in the production of nautical charts and already publishes a wide range of handy nautical chart sets for countless areas on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. However, the gap in the Bay of Biscay and along the Portuguese and Spanish Atlantic coast has so far been gaping. This will now be closed with three new nautical chart sets (ATL 1 to 3).

NV Atlas Atlantic: ATL 1NV Atlas Atlantic: ATL 2NV Atlas Atlantic: ATL 3

The set ATL 1 is for all those sailors who want to cross the Biscay. Important berths such as Falmouth in England or Camaret-sur-Mer are included as well as the entire northern Spanish coast on the Bay of Biscay. In the south, the Atlas reaches to Vigo in Spain.

The set ATL 2 connects to the Atlas ATL 1 and extends along the Spanish and Portuguese Atlantic coast from the famous port of Vigo to the entrance of the Mediterranean at Gibraltar.

The third Atlas ATL 3 is subtitled "Atlantic Islands", and accordingly the island of the Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Cape Verde are included. The island maps are supplemented by so-called passage charts for Atlantic crossers who want to go to the Caribbean.
